Qwick Points

Information

Qwick Points loyalty designed for independent retailers to reward their customers where rewards can be collected by any participating convenience store. It is designed to reward store specific or collective multiple stores or group of stores where the customer would commonly collect rewards regardless of shopping in any convenience store.

Qwick and easy using latest technology where a phone app would initiate the reward on the till at the store with a QR code scan. The app would instantly show the reward collected and the transaction detailing items. The cashier would automatically be notified if a reward is available and to apply if consented by the customer. The app would display to the customer if a reward is available.

For those customers who wish to use the traditional method of reward card, is given a bar-coded card where the the customer then can register online and present the card for each transaction.

How it Works

App

Download the app on you mobile by clicking: Apple , Google
Register your details and start the account.
Visit a participating store and whilst at the till at any point during the transaction scan the QR barcode shown on the customer screen or on the receipt.
Your transaction will be recognized automatically and eligible points credited immediately to your account
You may do the same from different participating retailers but they may or may not be part of the same group. If they are not, each group will be shown and points collected from the relevant groups will be shown separately.
Separate groups operate independently and you cannot merge points as one.
Points turn to rewards and levels of rewards are set by the Retailer.
When you have collected enough points the app will inform you next time you are shopping to redeem the reward.
The Cashier will also know that you have a reward to claim when you scan the transaction QR barcode from the app.
If you redeem then the app will immediately show you the same.
Note that the app is mobile network dependant and may not necessarily be live.
If you redeem then your account will show the same.

Card

Obtain a card from the Retail store
You may provide the unregistered card to collect the points immediately to the cashier for the current transactions or until it is registered.
Register your details on the website and your account will be opened
You may do the same from different participating retailers but they may or may not be part of the same group. If they are not, each group will be shown and points collected from the relevant groups will be shown separately in the website.

Points turn to rewards and levels of rewards are set by the Retailer.
When you have collected enough points you will see the rewards available in your account. Next time you are shopping you may inform the Cashier or the Cashier will know that you have a reward to claim when the card is scanned.
If you redeem then your account will show the same.
